Erik founded Stafl Systems, a leading provider of advanced Battery Management Systems for lithium-ion battery packs. Previously, Erik was CEO of Arcimoto (NASDAQ: FUV).

Jon has been active in the lithium-ion battery industry for 25 years and held critical roles at large battery firms, including Johnson Controls.
